1. First login with your username and password.



Please note:You are requested to change your password after login

After login Dashboard will open and on the right side there are two panels.

2. Press edit Button in the contact information section and fill your contact information carefully on the portal and Save your Contact Information.


3. Go to the Family Detail tab, select number of family members you want to add (do not include yourself). If you are alone then enter zero. Fill the information of yourself and your family.



If you or any of your family members have undergone for the first Dose, then follow the fourth step.

4. Go to the vaccination details and fill the information about the vaccinated person of your family.

1. सबसे पहले अपने यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड से लॉग इन करें।



कृपया ध्यान दे: आपसे अनुरोध है की लॉगिन करने के बाद अपना पासवर्ड आवश्यक रूप से बदल ले।

लॉग इन करने के बाद डैशबोर्ड खुलेगा और दायीं तरफ दो पैनल होंगे।

2. संपर्क जानकारी अनुभाग में संपादित करें बटन दबाएं और पोर्टल पर अपनी संपर्क जानकारी को ध्यान से भरें और अपनी संपर्क जानकारी सहेजें।


3. फैमिली डिटेल टैब पर जाएं, परिवार के उन सदस्यों की संख्या चुनें जिन्हें आप जोड़ना चाहते हैं (स्वयं को शामिल न करें)। अगर आप अकेले हैं तो शून्य दर्ज करें। अपनी और अपने परिवार की जानकारी भरें।



यदि आप या आपके परिवार के किसी सदस्य ने पहली खुराक ली है, तो चौथे चरण का पालन करें।.

4. टीकाकरण विवरण पर जाएं और अपने परिवार के टीकाकरण व्यक्ति के बारे में जानकारी भरें।
